The Saline County Rural Fire Protection Association
was established in 1953 to address the growing need for fire protection
in the area around Marshall.

Built on a Ford Chassis, it has a 1220 gal. tank w/ 750 gpm front-end pump

                       2 Reel lines are supplied by a mid-ship auxilary diesel pump   

Tanker 1

Tanker 1 is a 2003 Good Hope Tanker-Pumper

        Built on a International Chassis, it has a 3000 gal. tank w/ 1000 gpm
